Terms and conditions

  • This website is operated by Vinăria din Vale S.R.L., with its registered office at Strada Industrială 15, Chișinău, Moldova, e-mail salut@vinariadinvale.com (hereinafter the "Company", "we").

    By accessing and using this website and by placing an order, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

    The products sold are alcoholic beverages. Orders may be placed and received only by persons who are at least 18 years old. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

  • "Customer" – any natural or legal person who places an order on the website. "Products" – the wines and other goods displayed for sale. "Order" – the Customer's request to purchase one or more Products.

  • You undertake to use the website in good faith, without infringing the rights of the Company or third parties and without providing false information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

  • Product images and descriptions are for information purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product. Product availability is limited by stock; if a product is unavailable, the Company will inform you and offer an alternative or a refund of the amount paid.

  • Product prices are expressed in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include VAT in accordance with the law in force. Prices shown in other currencies are informative, calculated at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Moldova. Payment can be made online by card or on delivery, according to the options available at checkout.

    The Company reserves the right to change prices; the applicable price is the one displayed at the moment the order is confirmed.

  • When placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you meet the legal requirements for purchasing and consuming alcoholic products.

    An order is deemed concluded once it is confirmed by the Company. The Company may refuse an order in the event of incomplete/incorrect data, out-of-stock products or suspected fraud.

    The Company reserves the right to refuse delivery to persons who cannot prove they are 18 years old at the moment the order is handed over.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00. Orders placed outside these hours are processed on the next working day.

    Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or on official public holidays.

  • Orders are delivered through Nova Post. Normally, an order can be delivered on the working day following dispatch. The estimated delivery time is, however, 3–5 working days.

    Courier delivery cost is calculated automatically based on your address and is free from 6 bottles up. For orders outside the Republic of Moldova, delivery is arranged separately.

    Within Chișinău we also offer taxi delivery, for urgent orders or for a date and time of your choosing. It costs €4.99 for orders under 12 bottles and is free from 12 bottles up. Taxi delivery is paid online by card only.

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond the Company's control. On delivery, the courier may request an identity document to confirm that you are 18 years old.

  • An order may be cancelled before it is handed over to Nova Post. Send your cancellation request to salut@vinariadinvale.com, stating the order number.

    If the order was paid online by card, the amount is refunded using the same payment method.

  • Wine is considered a foodstuff under art. 2 of Law no. 306/2018 on food safety. For this reason, compliant products cannot be returned.

    If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, leaking or non-compliant, you may request its return, replacement or a refund.

    Send your request to salut@vinariadinvale.com as soon as possible after receiving the order, stating the order number and attaching photographs of the product and of the parcel.

  • We recommend that you check the condition of the parcel on receipt, in the courier's presence. If it shows visible damage, you may refuse to accept it.

    To have a complaint resolved, send a message to salut@vinariadinvale.com, stating the order number and attaching photographs of the parcel and of the product.

  • All website content (texts, images, logos, trademarks, graphics) is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or use without the Company's written consent is prohibited.

  • The Company is not liable for temporary interruptions of the website, technical errors or improper use of the products. Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health. The Company's liability is limited to the value of the order.

  • The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data and, for customers in the European Union, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Details are available in the Privacy Policy.

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the website at the moment the order is placed. We recommend that you review this page periodically.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be settled amicably and, failing that, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
