• 1. General information +

  This website is operated by Vinăria din Vale S.R.L., with its registered office at Strada Industrială 15, Chișinău, Moldova, e-mail contact@vinariadinvale.md, phone +373 60 123 456 (hereinafter the "Company", "we").

  By accessing and using this website and by placing an order, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

  The products sold are alcoholic beverages. Orders may be placed and received only by persons who are at least 18 years old. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

• 2. Definitions +

  "Customer" – any natural or legal person who places an order on the website. "Products" – the wines and other goods displayed for sale. "Order" – the Customer's request to purchase one or more Products.

• 3. Use of the website +

  You undertake to use the website in good faith, without infringing the rights of the Company or third parties and without providing false information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

• 4. Products and availability +

  Product images and descriptions are for information purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product. Product availability is limited by stock; if a product is unavailable, the Company will inform you and offer an alternative or a refund of the amount paid.

• 5. Prices and payments +

  Product prices are expressed in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include VAT in accordance with the law in force. Prices shown in other currencies are informative, calculated at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Moldova. Payment can be made online by card or on delivery, according to the options available at checkout.

  The Company reserves the right to change prices; the applicable price is the one displayed at the moment the order is confirmed.

• 6. Orders +

  An order is deemed concluded once it is confirmed by the Company. The Company may refuse an order in the event of incomplete/incorrect data, out-of-stock products or suspected fraud.

• 7. Delivery +

  Delivery within the Republic of Moldova is carried out by courier (NovaPost), the cost being calculated automatically based on the address. Delivery is free from 6 bottles. For orders outside the Republic of Moldova, delivery is arranged separately. Delivery times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond the Company's control.

  On delivery, the courier may request an identity document to confirm that you are 18 years old.

• 8. Returns and cancellation +

  In accordance with Law no. 105/2003 on consumer protection, a consumer Customer may return the products within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided they are unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the Customer, except where the product is defective or non-compliant.

  Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method. For cancellations or returns, contact us at contact@vinariadinvale.md.

• 9. Intellectual property +

  All website content (texts, images, logos, trademarks, graphics) is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or use without the Company's written consent is prohibited.

• 10. Limitation of liability +

  The Company is not liable for temporary interruptions of the website, technical errors or improper use of the products. Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health. The Company's liability is limited to the value of the order.

• 11. Personal data protection +

  The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data and, for customers in the European Union, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Details are available in the Privacy Policy.

• 12. Amendment of the terms and conditions +

  The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the website at the moment the order is placed. We recommend that you review this page periodically.

• 13. Applicable law +

  These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be settled amicably and, failing that, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
